Standard PDF tools run completely client-side using WebAssembly and Web Workers in your browser.
No File Inspection
We do not inspect, log, or sell any contents, text, or images contained within your documents.
Auto-Purge RAM
All binary buffers are kept in local device RAM and discarded immediately when you close the tab.
1. How Client-Side Processing Works
Traditional online PDF converters require uploading your confidential files to their remote cloud servers. This exposes documents to potential storage vulnerabilities.
PDFMaster Pro works differently: we compile native engines into WebAssembly and browser Web Workers (using open-source libraries like pdf-lib, pdfjs-dist, docx, and client-side Tesseract). Your own device's CPU and RAM execute the tasks. You can even disconnect your internet after loading the page and the tools will still work.
2. Data Flow for Server-Assisted & AI Tools
The vast majority of our 60+ tools operate 100% locally. For future advanced AI summarizing or cloud-assisted features, clear visual labels will notify the user before any transmission occurs, and zero files are retained beyond the active transaction.
- No user files or documents are ever used to train AI models.
- When future server-assisted or cloud AI tools launch, all transient files will be permanently purged within 60 minutes under our scheduled auto-delete policy.
3. Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics
We do not use invasive third-party ad tracking cookies. We only use browser LocalStorage for UI preferences:

To monitor site uptime and performance, we utilize privacy-focused Vercel Analytics that aggregates telemetry without tracking personal identities or document payloads.
